Shipping

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping due to the handmade nature of each product. Some orders may be even quicker, it just depends on when you ordered and what is in your order.

Refunds and exchanges

As stated in the description of each hat, they tend to fit snug when freshly made, and loosen to fit the head of the wearer, however, if after a few wears it still doesn’t fit to your liking, we accept exchanges up to 2 weeks after purchase to downsize or upsize the hat.  We cannot accept refunds for hats or exchanges for another color due to us not knowing the condition of the head/hair of the customer. It could cause health issues for the next customer if we reused the yarn or just sent the hat out to someone else, as is. 

Refunds are not accepted for any artwork due to the process of creation. They also aren’t allowed for earrings or hats due to sanitary concerns.
