Shipping

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping due to the handmade nature of each product. Some orders may be even quicker, it just depends on when you ordered and what is in your order.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds are not accepted for any artwork due to the process of creation. They also aren’t allowed for earrings due to sanitary concerns. 

If a product arrives damaged please send a picture to thekenzibry@gmail.com and you will be sent a replacement shortly after.
